What is the process for remote-assisted installation(s)?

At your convenience between the hours of 8am and 5pm MST, please visit http://www.showmypc.com and click on the button near the top left stating 'Show My PC'.  If this is the first time you have used it, it will ask to install a small web launcher; upon completion a small dialog will be shown.  Simply click on the 'Show My PC Now' button, copy the generated password in the text box and paste it along with a good contact phone number in a reply to the support email (nothing fancy necessary, simply a reply will do); if you did not first receive an email from support, simply create a new one to support@myaxispoint.com.  Once we have received it, we will join the session as soon as possible.

For remote assisted sessions, we will need your assistance in entering in a local user name and password for any proxy server (this will be a user on the point of sale system itself), as well as your My Axis Point login or registration information at the relevant time(s).  Upon successful installation, we will want to run a few simple tests to ensure the installation was successful - this process shouldn't take more than a few minutes.
